Marketing on WhatsApp

What’s up with WhatsApp Marketing (Completely New)

About three years ago… Facebook bought WhatsApp… for 19 Billion! Cra-Cra!

Incase you did not know… WhatsApp is a messenger app used by more than 1 billion people around the world.

WhatsApp used to charge $1 per year.

It grew in users because it allowed you to bypass normal SMS charges.

Since Facebook bought it has dropped its $1 per year fee.

So, it’s complete free.

Well… Not really.

I have done my best remind you… “The only free cheese is in the mousetrap.”

Anything online that’s free is NOT free.

I don’t care what it is or what you’ve been promised. There’s a catch.

Anyway…

The catch is not usually a bad thing.

All of these platforms gather users’ attention, eye-balls and brain power, thus giving small business a place to get in front of those users.

And WhatsApp will soon give us a chance to market.

No one really knows how WhatsApp will do this just yet.

WhatsApp says there will be NO Ads!

The speculation is the thought that businesses will be able to send direct messages to users.

That might be cool and effective when done right.

And here’s where you might want to pay attention…

WhatsApp just announced the chance for businesses to verify phone #’s on the system.

So you might wanta do that soon… or not. Up to you.
