Good Internet Marketing Will Not Fix This Problem

The old saying…

“You can’t fix ___________”…

There are a few things internet marketing can’t fix.

An example to start…

I know a lady.

We took her small business web presence and local establishment from obscurity online to page one on Google in a relatively competitive market very quickly.

Her service is such that new people are “looking: for it all the time.

Her customers/clients are the type that will quickly jump ship and go looking elsewhere over the slightest thing.

And don’t get me wrong, her and her five-person crew do a great job.

She has some really good customer/client retention rates.

But sadly… Internet Marketing can’t fix ___________…

Let’s go with, um… disorder.

Meaning… prospects search Google. They find her website. They call to get info or they fill in forms to receive quotes.

PROBLEM.

She takes too look to get back to people.

In her case… on average… 24 to 48 hours.

No good. By that time they have already moved on.

Sure… some might give her a chance next time.

But some of the prospects are a tad bitter and will not give her a second chance.

Hey… people are demanding! It’s all good. It’s just “bizness.”

The facts…

She shows up on page one on Google and Bing.

Traffic to an awesome website.

Leads, leads! People calling. People filling in webforms.

BUT! No dice. Because the follow up is not fast enough.

OH well. Learn from this true tale woe.

Good Internet Marketing Can’t Fix… Well… you know.

BTW – she’s someone I really respect. And I have been on her about this. She knows she needs to fix it. Now she has to do it. (She knows I still love her!)
