With our constant shift toward “Mobile” new surveys and stats are always being published.

A recent study by “Foolproof” reported nearly 60% of consumers said they viewed a business as “being in touch” after a positive mobile experience.

Google recently found…

People use their smartphones “everywhere.”

At home, on the go, in stores, at restaurants and at work.

The key factor is that just about every use of a smartphone is usually done as part of multi-tasking.

I have been saying for almost three years now – the “context” of the mobile experience is key!

A separate mobile site!

Less words. Different Navigation structure. And be careful about the size of images that can bog down the speed. Depending on your connection you can feel like you’re back in 1995 because things still move slower on mobile.
