Google New Webmaster tools and Adwords Reporting
Google is releasing a new reporting feature.
It will combine webmaster tools and adwords data together.
The data in webmaster tools is mainly used to track “Organic Results.”
The data found within Google Adwords reporting is all about the performance of paid ads.
By combining the two the goal is for us to be able to see where we can “fill in the blanks.”
You’ll possibly see where you can plug some holes and open some new doors.
Meaning: If there are keywords and phrases you’re doing well for “organically” you can possibly supplement these rankings with Google Ads to increase your presence in search results.
And of course – you might find areas where you’re in need of some tweaking “organically” and fill in the blanks with ads.
Always something new to learn and test.
