Embracing Google My Business New Functions
Will doing this bring your Google Listing higher?
The answer is…
Probably … Yes… But…Google won’t say that.
In the last year Google has added a bunch of tools to its Google My Business product.
Google My Business is the “free listing” (free cheese in mousetrap) that Google gives every business.
NO… they won’t call you about it.
The Google My Business listing product is their directory.
All the basic info about your business and now much more.
A couple of the new features I like are…
“Messages” and “Posts.”
These were sort of the main additions recently.
The questions…
“Will posting on your Google My Business Page help it show higher?”
“Will turning on Messenger help my listing show up higher?”
Right now… there is no factual proof that embracing these two new features will help you.
BUT… it’s a good idea to implement features that Google gets excited about.
