I first heard this on Wednesday so you might have heard about it already too…
There are now One billion smartphones active world-wide.
That’s Billion with a B. Wow!
This statistic comes from the research firm Strategy Analytics
The next billion is forecast to take less than 3 years.
So by 2015 there will be Two Billion smartphone users world-wide.
That’s a whole lot of folks browsing the web and getting info on the go.
