When I was a kid I looked forward to days off from school.

Even when I stayed home from school because I was sick or something I always looked forward to watching “Reruns” of “What’s Happening!!”

The show aired from 1976 to 1979.

I remember the reruns in the late 80’s and early 90’s.

“What’s Happening!” was based on three friends, Roger (Raj), Dwayne and Rerun, who lived in the Watts section of L.A..

What’s this have to do with internet marketing?

Nothing really!

Except for the name of the show…

“What’s Happening!”

What’s Happening is a big deal when it comes to “Content Marketing.”

In fact… “What’s Happening” is really the easiest way to get into the Content Marketing game.

Just based on “What’s Happening” you can easily develop a clear Content Marketing strategy.

It’s simple…

Base an aspect of your content marketing on what’s happening in your business.

Transform that info into a few crisp, clean paragraphs and then post it to the news section of your website.

Repeat Weekly.

You end up answering the “What’s Happening!” question while adding depth and freshness to your website.

Google Loves This!

Until next time… in the words of Dwayne…

“Hey, Hey, Hey!”
